I feel like the quality of outfielders goes down VERY gradually after the first tier. CHONE predicts Matt Holliday will put up a 100/26/99/.303/13 line this season. Compare that to a 76/23/78/.285/11 line CHONE predicts from Hunter Pence at #22.

And if you did the same drugs as Bill James, you might predict a 82/29/84/.292/13 line from Nolan Riemold at pick 50.

Do you think you'll draft Nick Markakis at all? Or am I the only one who absolutely hates him?
Depth and Markaikis

PaK - I agree. There is some nice depth in the outfield, especially with regards to speed. Drew Stubbs, Dexter Fowler, Julio Borbon, Rajai Davis and Juan Pierre should all be available in the late rounds. My guy to watch is Desmond Jennings, who I think couls see a lot of playing time this season and steal 30 bases.

Mark - Actually,if he drops far enough I would consider drafting Markakis. He's still only 26 and has a decent shot at 100 R, 100 RBI in that up and coming lineup. By no means will I reach for him, but if other in the league feel the same as you (maybe even to a lesser extent) I'd pull the triger.

An OF I like as a 3rd/4th OF is Michael Cuddyer. I know he isn't elite, BUT 55th!! What are you taking into consideration that i'm not?
